HA HA, aren't you a handsome fellow. (wink, wink.) Have fun at the game and bring us back a win! I'll be looking for you on the tube.

Thanks, I will do my best. I've got my "D" batteries in my pocket just in case I may have to throw them at some unfortunate ballplayer....j/k.

I hope Ortiz has a better showing this time, we are definately going to need his help against Mr. Wood.

Well, I'm sorry Chicago got the better of you. I hope you were able to enjoy the game, the peanuts, the crackerjacks, and the watered down beer anyway. The Bravos always start off slow... this is just their regular M.O.

Hey man, it's no biggie. I had a blast, took some good pics, got to take in a nice stadium, and came close to seeing Kerry Wood pitch a shutout....man, he is the real deal.

Thanks for keeping tabs on the game though, I know it must have been tough for you. :-)

I watched most of the sorry game on tv. You probably didn't know it, but Wood was pitching with some sort of ailment with his pitching hand...probably a blister....the cameras kept showing where he had blood stains all over his pants where he was constantly wiping his finger. It was a mess.

Yeah, I didnt hear about it until after I got home. You couldnt tell by where we were sitting, he was very poised and seemed to be rolling merrily along.

Wood is awesome and to think that he was injured and still performed as well as he did yesterday is unbelievable.

yeah but the sad thing is that he alsmost pitched a shut out with an injury.
